Introduction to the Queens' Design /////

The Queens' Design is born out of a desire to bring more diversity in a very visible fashion to esports racing. Our pink cars adorned with our mascot Victoire Laviolette are easily recognizable from far away in any race, and we intend to bring in the results to have them be associated with success thanks to our lineup consisting of two pro drivers, who will be rigorously developing two drivers who were so far denied the chance to get to the next level.

We want to champion radical changes to the esports racing landscape which we believe are long overdue :

- steering the sport to be truly inclusive of everybody as it claims to be by loudly being ourselves and visible at this level of racing, which tends to erase marginalized people while calling out discrimination and offering opportunities to people who usually get sidelined

- building on this first point, we want Queens' Design to be a team who brings in an audience that, so far, esports racing has largely ignored and consciously excluded, mainly but not limited to women, GSRM and BIPOC individuals.

- show that an esports racing team can be sustainable for itself and its members without depending on abusive contracts, unlike what most teams do in interest of personal profit

 About Victoire Laviolette /////

French, born on 02/03/1997, she/her

Victoire is the face of Queens’ Design. She is our race queen and chief engineer and is prominently featured on our cars, cheering us on as we race.

The spark that ignited her passion for motorsport was witnessing the driver's parade and the scrutineering held in the center of her home town of Le Mans at the age of 6. This day made her resolve to pursue a career in the engineering side of motorsport, which she managed despite the obstacles women have to face in the sport. Her interest in modelling led her to take a more visible role in the team as its race queen, a role that she hopes to re-popularize after it was stigmatized rather than improved upon and made more inclusive.
